Leadership and emotional intelligence aren’t just tools — they’re lifelines.

This work didn’t just change my life — it became my purpose. I’ve made it my mission to bring transformational coaching to the masses because I’ve seen, firsthand, how it restores confidence, unlocks potential, and changes lives from the inside out.

But to understand why I’m so passionate about this… let me take you back.

Born five months premature and diagnosed with cerebral palsy, I entered life with challenges stacked high. I grew up in a large family, and while we were rich in love, life wasn’t always easy — physically, emotionally, or financially.

My father passed away while serving time when I was only seven. My mother, while loving and devoted, had her own struggles. Thankfully, my incredible aunt and uncle stepped in — my uncle became the father I needed.

And through it all, I never let my condition define me. But I did wrestle with something many don’t see:

Low self-worth.
The pressure to be strong.
The quiet belief that I didn’t belong.

Music became my first love — a place to feel deeply, to express freely, and to connect with the beauty of life. It grounded me and kept me curious.

Professionally, I worked in healthcare, then in a prestigious nonprofit in the entertainment industry. But no matter the role, one thread was always clear: I wanted to serve, to support people from start to finish.

Then came the turning point.

I said yes to a transformational leadership training, and everything clicked.
I found the work that called me higher — helping others heal, rise, and remember who they are.

I started coaching. First as a volunteer, then as a paid coach. Soon after, I was asked to lead the emotional intelligence training inside a multi-million-dollar coaching program for network marketers.

From that moment on, I knew — this is it.

Since then, I’ve guided hundreds of clients through personal breakthroughs, mindset shifts, and courageous transformations. I’ve watched people reclaim their power, restore broken relationships, and achieve personal and professional wins they never thought possible.

This work lights me up — and it led me here.

With my mentor and fiancé, I co-founded Impact Leadership Community — a coaching company built on self-mastery, emotional sovereignty, and creating results that stick.
